Hampton Pharmaceuticals was founded in 2009 by the owner directors who have considerable commercial pharmaceutical and biotechnology experience gained within the UK and internationally. In particular: sales, marketing, business development, distribution and product development.

The strategic objective of Hampton Pharmaceuticals is to identify and market niche pharmaceutical products. These may either be unique to the UK and Ireland or meet a clear clinical need over existing therapies.
Management Team
Paul Smith
Paul has a strong commercial track record of pharmaceutical acquisition and divestment. He spent the early part of his career in blue chip pharma such as Glaxo; before applying his entrepreneurial skills in a number of privately owned companies where he successfully completed a significant number of acquisition and licensing deals. He has subsequently set up and sold a number of product development and trading companies. Paul is responsible for Finance, Legal Affairs and Business Development at Hampton
Andrew Trouton
Andrew is a pharmacy graduate with 20 years experience in sales, marketing and commercial roles in companies such as Glaxo, Sanofi-synthelabo and Biogen, where he was General Manager for the UK & Ireland. He has also had his own consultancy business for a number of years specializing in the commercial development of biopharmaceuticals. Andrew is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs at Hampton.
Kevin Wolfe
Kevin has over 20 years UK and international experience in human and veterinary pharmaceutical organisations such as Glaxo and Quintiles. Areas of expertise include business start up and management. He has operated up to board level and with an international remit across EMEA and Australasia. Kevin is responsible for Commercial Operations at Hampton.
